Location: St. Julian’s
Construction of Pender Gardens Block 16, which includes 45 apartments and penthouses and commercial outlets over 10 floors and 4 basement floors. The building is designed around a central courtyard and lift core directly accessible from the Pendergardens phase 1 piazza or from the underlying basement levels through access controlled systems.
The project used Bubbledeck technology on the three levels of underground parking, totalling some 3,500 square meters and also used suspended post tension slabs on another two floors.
